WHAT: Northeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts 35 to 45 mph
expected. Strongest winds are expected east of Interstate 5 and
near the foothills of the Santa Ana mountains.
WHERE: Orange County Inland Areas.
WHEN: From 9 PM Thursday to 1 PM PST Friday.
IMPACTS: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
