southeast Texas.

the Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 PM Sunday to 10 AM CST Monday.
For the Freeze Watch, from Sunday evening through Monday morning.

IMPACTS: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
