WHAT: Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations
between 18 and 25 inches. Winds gusting as high as 75 mph.

WHERE: Portions of eastern, northeastern, and southeastern
Massachusetts and northern and southern Rhode Island.

WHEN: From 4 PM this afternoon to 7 AM EST Tuesday.

IMPACTS: Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
blowing snow. The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs
may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages.
Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous
and potentially life-threatening. Travel could be very difficult
to impossible. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday
morning and evening commutes. Very strong winds could cause
extensive tree damage.

15 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 50 mph.

WHERE: All of Massachusetts east of the Berkshires except for
southeastern Massachusetts.

WHEN: From Sunday afternoon through Tuesday morning.

IMPACTS: Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening
commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

WHAT: One to two feet of inundation above ground level
possible in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal
waterways (3.5 to 12.9 feet Mean Lower Low Water).

WHERE: Eastern Essex MA, Suffolk MA, Eastern Norfolk MA,
Eastern Plymouth MA, Barnstable MA, Dukes MA and Nantucket MA
Counties.

WHEN: From early Monday morning through late Tuesday morning.

IMPACTS: Roads may become impassable. Low lying areas and
roads near Nantucket Harbor, including Easy Street, may
experience pockets of shallow flooding less than one foot deep.
