WHERE: South Willamette Valley.

WHEN: Until 10 AM PST this morning.

IMPACTS: Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Areas most impacted are rural areas within
the advisory areas like around Creswell, Corvallis, and Albany.
During periods of wind speeds greater than 8 mph fog may
temporarily lift.
