expected.
WHERE: In New Jersey, Warren County. In Pennsylvania, Berks,
Lehigh, Northampton, Carbon, and Monroe Counties.
WHEN: From 2 AM to 10 AM EST Tuesday.
IMPACTS: The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could
result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
