WHAT: Very cold wind chills as low as 18 below zero expected.
WHERE: Portions of east central Ohio, western Pennsylvania, and
northern West Virginia.
WHEN: From 1 AM Saturday to 10 AM EST Sunday.
IMPACTS: The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero
could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not
taken.
