Patchy fog has developed across parts the Charleston Tri-County
area into Colleton County early this morning. With temperatures at
or below freezing in many areas, there is a chance for the fog to
produce a few slick spots, mainly on bridges and overpasses. A
little ice could also form on colder, elevated surfaces such as
tree limbs and fences.
