expected at times.
WHERE: Portions of southwest North Carolina, east Tennessee, and
southwest Virginia.
WHEN: From 5 PM this afternoon to 10 AM EST Monday.
IMPACTS: The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if
precautions are not taken.
