WHAT: For the High Wind Warning, northwest winds 20 to 30 mph
with gusts up to 60 mph expected. For the Cold Weather Advisory,
very cold wind chills as low as 13 below expected.

WHERE: Portions of DC, central and southern Maryland, and
northern Virginia.

WHEN: For the High Wind Warning, from 4 AM to 7 PM EST Saturday.
For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 4 AM Saturday to 10 AM EST
Sunday.

IMPACTS: Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles. The cold wind chills as low
