WHAT: Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

WHERE: Plummer, Moscow, Oakesdale, Clarkston, Davenport, Cheney,
Downtown Spokane, Uniontown, La Crosse, Tekoa, Alpowa Summit,
Spokane Valley, Pomeroy, Airway Heights, Pullman, Colfax,
Rockford, Potlatch, Fairfield, Rosalia, and Genesee.

WHEN: Until noon PST Friday.

IMPACTS: Areas of dense fog will continue to increase overnight,
with reduced visibility to a quarter mile or less, making driving
conditions hazardous. In addition, temperatures near freezing in
some areas will lead to locally slick roadways.
