WHERE: Portions of Alabama, including the following areas,Cullman, DeKalb, Jackson, Madison, Marshall and Morgan andsouthern middle Tennessee, including the following areas, FranklinTN, Lincoln and Moore. WHEN: Through 7 PM Friday evening. IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
