WHERE: A portion of south central Arizona, including all ofMaricopa County, Northern and Western Pinal County, and SouthernGila County. WHEN: Through this evening. IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, normally dry washes, and other low-lying andflood-prone locations.
