vicinity Valley locations south of Interstate
WHEN: From 11 PM this evening to 7 AM PDT Saturday.
IMPACTS: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and any
seasonal decor. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power
outages may result.
