WHAT: Dangerously hot conditions with high temperatures reaching
the upper 80s to low 90s with limited overnight cooling.
WHERE: Orange County Coastal Areas and San Diego County Coastal
Areas.
WHEN: From Tuesday morning through Friday evening.
IMPACTS: Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat events.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: The combination of hot daytime temperatures
with overnight temperatures struggling to drop below the lower 70s
will especially affect those without access to air conditioning.
