Mendota, Planada - Le Grand - Snelling, Southeast San Joaquin
Valley, Visalia - Porterville - Reedley, and West Side of Fresno
and Kings Counties.

WHEN: From midnight tonight to 10 AM PST Thursday.

IMPACTS: Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Highways affected include (but are not
