WHERE: Bayshore locations along the San Pablo Bay. WHEN: Until 4 PM PDT Wednesday. IMPACTS: Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with onlyisolated road closures expected. High tides will result inflooding along coastal trails, cut off access to some low-lying beaches and coastal areas, and bring water and wavesfarther up the beach than typical. Dangerous conditions areforecast along the shoreline. Hazards include sneaker waves,strong rip currents, and large breaking waves.
