WHERE: Santa Barbara County Southwestern Coast, Santa BarbaraCounty Southeastern Coast, Ventura County Beaches, MalibuCoast and Los Angeles County Beaches. WHEN: Until midnight PDT Wednesday night. IMPACTS: Flooding of sea water is likely, around the time ofhigh tide, over vulnerable low-lying coastal areas such asparking lots, beaches, and walkways. Significant damage toroads or structures is NOT expected.
