WHERE: Santa Barbara County Southwestern Coast and SantaBarbara County Southeastern Coast. Highest across west-facingbeaches. WHEN: From midnight tonight to 6 PM PST Saturday. IMPACTS: There is an increased risk for ocean drowning. Ripcurrents can pull swimmers and surfers out to sea. Largebreaking waves can cause injury, wash people off beaches androcks, and capsize small boats near shore. + Read More Remain out of the water due to dangerous surf conditions, or stay near occupied lifeguard towers.
