result in frost formation. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very
cold wind chills as low as 24 expected.

WHERE: Coastal Duval, Coastal Flagler, Northeast Coastal St.
Johns, South Central Duval, and Southeast Coastal St. Johns
Counties.

WHEN: From 1 AM to 9 AM EST Wednesday.

IMPACTS: The cold wind chills as low as 25 degrees could result
in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. Wind
chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor
plants may be killed if left uncovered.
