WHAT: Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4
inches with isolated amounts to 5 inches.
WHERE: Portions of northwest and west central Illinois and east
central, northeast, and southeast Iowa.
WHEN: From 1 PM this afternoon to 3 AM CST Friday.
IMPACTS: Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday
evening commute.
