wind chills as low as 21 below zero expected.
WHERE: Portions of central, north central, and west central
Indiana.
WHEN: For the Extreme Cold Warning, until 11 AM EST this morning.
For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 11 AM this morning to 9 AM EST
Monday.
IMPACTS: The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
