WHERE: All of southwest Indiana and portions of western Kentucky,including the following areas, Christian, Daviess, Henderson,Hopkins, McLean, Muhlenberg, Todd, Union KY and Webster. WHEN: Until 1 AM CDT /2 AM EDT/ Wednesday. IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
