WHAT: Mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations up to
two inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze. Winds
gusting as high as 40 mph.
WHERE: Portions of central, southwest, and west central Michigan.
WHEN: Until 1 PM EST Friday.
IMPACTS: Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning
commutes.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Snow diminishes late this afternoon followed
by intermittent freezing drizzle through early Friday. Snow
redevelops Friday morning with brief periods of heavier snow and
gustier winds along an arctic front.
