WHAT: Very cold wind chills as low as 31 below expected.
WHERE: Portions of central, east central, south central, and
southeast Minnesota and northwest and west central Wisconsin.
WHEN: From midnight tonight to 10 AM CST Sunday.
IMPACTS: The cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause
frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Wind chills may rise into the teens to 20s
below zero during the day Saturday, but frostbite can still occur
in as little as 20 minutes.

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills
inside.
