WHERE: A portion of eastern North Carolina, including thefollowing areas, Beaufort, Greene, Mainland Dare, Mainland Hyde,Martin, Northern Outer Banks, Pitt, Tyrrell and Washington. WHEN: Through Friday morning. IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
