WHAT: Snow. Total snow accumulations around 3 to 7 inches, with a
low chance for locally higher amounts in the southern James River
Valley. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
WHERE: Portions of south central and southeast North Dakota,
including the James River Valley.
WHEN: Until 7 PM CDT Thursday.
IMPACTS: Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. TThe hazardous conditions
will impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes, as well as
the Thursday morning commute.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Another round of accumulating snow is expected
Friday into Saturday.
