WHAT: Heat index values up to 104 expected.
WHERE: Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest Ohio
and northwest Pennsylvania.
WHEN: From noon Tuesday to 8 PM EDT Thursday.
IMPACTS: Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
illnesses. The prolonged nature of the heat event with little
overnight relief through the week will increase impacts to
vulnerable populations.
