WHAT: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

WHERE: Portions of east central Ohio, including the following
areas, Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison,
Jefferson OH, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble and Tuscarawas,
Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Allegheny, Beaver,
Greene and Washington, and West Virginia, including the following
areas, Brooke, Hancock, Marshall, Ohio and Wetzel.

WHEN: Through Saturday afternoon.

IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Total rainfall amounts will likely range from 1.5" to 2" in the
next 24 hours; localized higher amounts can't be ruled out.
