WHERE: A portion of southeast Texas, including the followingcounties, Brazos, Grimes, Houston, Madison, Trinity and Waller. WHEN: Through Wednesday evening. IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: - Periods of moderate to heavy rainfall associated with TropicalStorm Edouard are expected to begin as early as this morning andlasting into Wednesday evening. 3-6 inches with isolated amountsup to 10-15 inches are expected with the highest totals occuringalong and east of I-45.
