especially away from the urban centers and tidal waters.

WHERE: Nelson, Central and Southeast Prince William, and Stafford
Counties, and the cities of Manassas and Manassas Park.

WHEN: From midnight tonight to 9 AM EDT Thursday.

IMPACTS: Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
