WHERE: Chesapeake and Suffolk, and Hampton/Poquoson, Isle ofWight, Norfolk and Portsmouth Counties. WHEN: From 4 PM this afternoon to 10 AM EDT Monday. IMPACTS: Shallow flooding is expected in the most vulnerablelocations near the waterfront and shoreline resulting in a lowthreat of property damage.
