WHAT: Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below.
WHERE: Portions of southwest and west central Virginia and
southeast West Virginia.
WHEN: Until 10 AM EST Monday.
IMPACTS: The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could
result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is
exposed to these temperatures.
