gusts up to 45 mph expected. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing
temperatures as low as 22 is forecast.

WHERE: Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest
Alabama.

WHEN: For the Wind Advisory, from 1 PM this afternoon to 7 AM CDT
Monday. For the Freeze Watch, from Monday evening through Tuesday
morning.

IMPACTS: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive
