Oklahoma...

Poteau River near Panama affecting Le Flore County.

WHAT: Minor flooding is forecast.

WHERE: Poteau River near Panama.

WHEN: Until late tomorrow evening.

IMPACTS: At 31.0 feet, minor agricultural flooding occurs.
Williams Road east of Panama is flooded.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- At 1:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 28.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this afternoon to a crest of 30.9 feet just after midnight
tonight. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow
afternoon.
- Flood stage is 29.0 feet.
