WHAT: Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog. Worst
case scenario with visibility down to zero.
WHERE: A portion of central California.
WHEN: Until noon PST Thursday.
IMPACTS: Very high transportation risk. Low visibility will make
driving conditions hazardous.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Highways impacted include, but are not
limited to Interstate 5, State Routes 99, 41, 43, 46, 58, 59, 140,
152, 165, 180 and 198.
