WHERE: Much of the San Joaquin Valley and adjacent coastal ranges.

IMPACTS: Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Highways impacted include, but are not
limited to, Interstate 5, as well as State Routes 41, 43, 46, 58,
99, 152, 168, 180 and 198.
