WHAT: Afternoon high temperatures up to 106 degrees expected. Heat
Risk will range from Moderate to Major.

WHERE: San Joaquin Valley and adjacent foothills, Lake Isabella,
and the Kern River Valley.

WHEN: Until 8 PM PDT Wednesday.

IMPACTS: Hot temperatures and limited overnight relief may cause
heat illnesses.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Afternoon high temperatures up to 106 degrees
will occur today until Wednesday. Overnight lows will range from
the upper 60s in some valley locations to the lower 80s in some of
the higher foothills.
