WHAT: For the Extreme Heat Warning, dangerously hot conditions
with high temperatures of 104 to 110 with low temperatures in the
70s and lower 80s expected. For the Heat Advisory, high
temperatures in the upper 90s to 105 expected.
WHERE: San Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys-The Inland
Empire.
WHEN: For the Extreme Heat Warning, until 8 PM PDT this evening.
For the Heat Advisory, from 8 PM this evening to 8 PM PDT Thursday.
IMPACTS: Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat events.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Major HeatRisk through today. Warm overnight
temperatures will limit relief from the heat.

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
Do not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles. Car
interiors will reach lethal temperatures in a matter of minutes.
