temperatures. Temperatures will be in the 90s in the mountains

Riverside County Mountains, San Bernardino County Mountains, San
Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys-The Inland Empire, San
Diego County Coastal Areas, San Diego County Mountains, San Diego
County Valleys, San Gorgonio Pass near Banning, and Santa Ana
Mountains and Foothills.

WHEN: From Tuesday morning through Thursday evening.

WHAT: Minor coastal flooding due to high astronomical tides of
7 feet and surf to 3 to 5 feet.

WHERE: San Diego County coastal areas and Orange County
coastal areas.

WHEN: Through this evening.

IMPACTS: Areas of flooding from tidal overflow in low lying
areas, boardwalks, beach parking lots, and beach adjacent
streets. Beach erosion. Highest impacts expected during high
tides in the evening.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: A 2 foot south swell (from 190 degrees)
at 13-15 seconds will lead to surf 3-5 feet at south-facing
beaches. Elsewhere, surf of 2-4 feet is expected.
