highest across CT. 3 to 5 inches, with localized 6 inches, storm
total snow accumulation.
WHERE: Portions of southern Connecticut, northeast New Jersey,
and southeast New York.
WHEN: Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.
IMPACTS: Plan on slippery road conditions.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Snow ending across northeastern NJ and Lower
Hudson Valley this morning, and early afternoon for southeastern
Connecticut.
