temperatures as low as 31 possible.

WHERE: Coastal Volusia, Inland Volusia, Northern Lake, Orange,
Osceola, Seminole, and Southern Lake.

WHEN: For the Wind Advisory, from 10 AM to 4 PM EST Sunday. For
the Freeze Watch, from late Sunday night through Monday morning.

IMPACTS: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive
vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
