WHAT: Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to bepossible. WHERE: Oahu, Kauai, and Niihau. WHEN: Through Thursday afternoon. IMPACTS: Flood prone roads and other low lying areas may be closeddue to elevated runoff and overflowing streams.
