WHAT: Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

WHERE: Portions of north central and northeast Illinois, including
the following counties, in north central Illinois, Boone, Ogle and
Winnebago. In northeast Illinois, McHenry.

WHEN: Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

IMPACTS: Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads and
streets may be flooded.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Showers and thunderstorms will produce heavy rain this morning
which may cause localized flash flooding. Additional showers and
thunderstorms may produce heavy rain and localized flash flooding
tonight when another flood watch for flash flooding may be
needed.

WHAT: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

WHERE: Boone County in north central Illinois...

WHEN: Until 900 AM CDT.

IMPACTS: Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding
may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- At 324 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms producing rainfall amounts in excess of one inch
per hour. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly
in the advisory area. One to two inches of rain has fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

Rockford, Waukegan, Buffalo Grove, Crystal Lake, Wheeling, North
Chicago, Gurnee, Mundelein, Algonquin, Highland Park, Lake in the
