...The National Weather Service in Indianapolis IN has issued a
Flood Warning for the following rivers in Indiana...

White River at Anderson.

.The White River near Anderson is expected to quickly rise above
flood stage later today with moderate flooding expected by this
afternoon or evening due to recent heavy rainfall. Rainfall amounts
as high as 2 to 5 inches have been reported upstream along the White
River over the past 24 hours. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3
inches are possible through today. The White River near Anderson is
expected to begin falling tonight into Thursday, but Minor flooding
will continue through at least Friday night.

WHAT: Moderate flooding is forecast.

WHERE: White River at Anderson.

WHEN: From this afternoon to Saturday evening.

IMPACTS: At 15.8 feet, Madison Avenue between Van Buskirk Road
and Seeton Street is closed.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- At 7:30 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 6.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this
afternoon to 15.5 feet this evening. It will then fall early
tomorrow afternoon. It will rise to 12.4 feet early Friday
morning. It will then fall below flood stage Saturday
morning.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
