IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

- Flash Flooding is ongoing across portions of the watch with
continued and additional flash flooding likely due to
additional storms today.

WHAT: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

WHERE: Eastern Howard County in central Indiana...
Madison County in central Indiana...
Eastern Tipton County in central Indiana...

WHEN: Until 1000 AM EDT.

IMPACTS: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- At 555 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 1 inch are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
