WHAT: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
WHERE: A portion of southeast Michigan, including the following
counties, Macomb, Oakland and Wayne.
WHEN: Through this evening.
IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: - Ongoing heavy rain has produced highly localized rainfall
totals ranging from 1 to 4 inches for locations upstream.
Heavy rain potential will continue through the morning hours
over the watch area. Additionally, renewed activity will be
possible this afternoon and evening.
