WHAT: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

WHERE: Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest Ohio,
including the following counties, in north central Ohio, Ashland,
Crawford, Erie, Huron, Knox, Lorain, Marion, Morrow and Richland.
In northeast Ohio, Cuyahoga, Holmes, Medina, Stark, Summit and
Wayne. In northwest Ohio, Hancock, Lucas, Ottawa, Sandusky,
Seneca, Wood and Wyandot.

WHEN: Through Wednesday morning.

IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Periods of showers and thunderstorms through this evening
could bring another 1 to 2 inches of rain with locally higher
amounts where repeated storms occur. This will result in the
potential for flash flooding.

A mix of locally dense fog and low clouds have developed across
the area this morning and will persist over the next couple of
hours. Visibility across the area is variable with some locations
briefly dropping to one-quarter of a mile.

Drivers are urged to slow down and not use high beam headlights.
Leave extra time to reach your destination this morning. The
fog and low clouds will dissipate shortly after sunrise.
