WHERE: Greater Portland/Vancouver Metro, Central and SouthernWillamette Valley, Northern and Central Coast Range Valleys andMountains of Oregon, Foothills of the Northern and Central OregonCascades, Willapa Hills and Adjacent River Valleys of Pacific andWahkiakum Counties, Lower Columbia River and Cowlitz RiverValleys, and South Washington Cascade Foothills. WHEN: Until 4 PM PST this afternoon. IMPACTS: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Treelimbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: The peak winds will occur for only 1 to 3hours at any given location with gusts of 20 to 40 mph lasting foranother 2 to 3 hours after. Peak winds will begin in Lane county,moving north into Southwest Washington through the advisory timeframe.
