Red Flag Warning for gusty south winds, low humidity, and dry
fuel, which is in effect from 9 AM this morning to 6 PM CST this
evening.

* WINDS...South 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 23 percent.

* TEMPERATURES...Up to 72.

IMPACTS: Any fires that develop will be capable of spreading
