The National Weather Service in Lubbock has issued a Red Flag
Warning, which is in effect from noon to 8 PM CDT Monday. The
Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.


* Wind...For Sunday, Southwest at 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 50
mph. For Monday, West at 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph.

* Humidity...For Sunday, as low as 9 percent. For Monday, as
low as 6 percent.

* Fuels...Dry to critically dry.

* Impacts...Any fires that develop can spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is discouraged.
