WHAT: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

WHERE: A portion of Deep South Texas, including the following
areas, Brooks, Cameron Island, Coastal Cameron, Coastal Kenedy,
Coastal Willacy, Inland Cameron, Inland Kenedy, Inland Willacy, Jim
Hogg, Kenedy Island, Northern Hidalgo, Southern Hidalgo, Starr,
Willacy Island and Zapata.

WHEN: Through Thursday morning.

IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Widespread heavy rainfall will likely produce totals between 5 to
10 inches, with pockets of 12 inches or more possible. Rain rates
may exceed 3-5 inches per hour at times.

For the Extreme Heat Watch, dangerously hot conditions with heat
index values up to 124 possible.

WHERE: Coastal Cameron, Coastal Kenedy, Coastal Willacy, Inland
Cameron, Inland Kenedy, Inland Willacy, Northern Hidalgo, Southern
Hidalgo, and Starr Counties.

WHEN: For the Heat Advisory, until 8 PM CDT this evening. For the
Extreme Heat Watch, from Thursday afternoon through Thursday
evening.

IMPACTS: Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat and high humidity events. Hot temperatures and high
humidity may cause heat illnesses.

WHEN: From 11 AM to 8 PM CDT Thursday.
